I recently made a booking using my 2-4-1 voucher in first to SIN. Made the booking to secure the outward flight leg and planning to change the return leg when availability opens up in a few weeks time. I already made one change to the return leg using MMB but due to new circumstances will need to make another change to get another return date. We have total flexibility so no specific date required - any date in Feb 2012 will be OK.

However the change/cancel booking options for the flight are now greyed out in MMB and I get the following message:

We have been unable to retrieve your e-ticket in our system. Please contact your local British Airways office.

This sounds like I will need to cal BA to make the change or is it likely that the system will fix this problem itself in the next few days?
