It is said that the Peninsula is better than the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. With your Starwood Platinum status (and assuming that you pay the lowest available rate), your experience may be much better at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit (high possibility of suite upgrade, a lot of amenities).
