I should have mentioned...normally, the MR fee hits my account around the 4th of February (going back 5 years or so) but I haven't been charged as of yet. You're not saying that I should call and request a refund of the 2010 MR fee, are you?

Also, I've looked all over the web and can't find any reference to a "discounted annual fee" that you mentioned.
