Had an award stay stay there in late December.
There were a number of minor issues related mostly, I suspect, to staff training. I pointed these out in my response to the survey email following the stay. The manager called me the next day and apologized profusely and gave me back 35,000 points.
The renovated room (top floor overlooking the river) was very nice.
