it does kind of sound like sanctuary service was better. on two mornings i was questioned re breakfast inclusions, but after mentioning sales manager, there was a brief 'hold' then no problem. only had to ask for three things - keycard for pool because casa used key, kitchen stuff, grill setup.

while there were two reasonably standout moments at royal palms (not as guest) i was otherwise underwhelmed, and wouldnt stay. service recovery was ok. they did seem to treat a couple with onsite wedding pretty well at dinner - chef, etc.

had a great dinner at noca.
