I ceratinly hope not. More people need be on-call (including the great home-based agents in the Tampa area) so that the "we're too busy to answer the phone" drill isn't repeated during IRROPS.

Also, this country doesn't need more out of work people right now....I've been out of work since September and it ain't fun!
