"Immediately" is not a legal term and is your interpretation. What is the legal definition of "without any delay"? One second? Two hours? Is it a fixed time for any type of contract or can it vary based on the nature of contract?
I do agree that the longer they wait, the more difficult they make it for themselves. Of course, the distance and the holiday season may pose some problems in quick resolution.</font>
Uh, lets be clear here, today is the *8th business day* after I made the reservation and at least I have received nothing official from anyone, not a phone call, not an e-mail, nothing. The best Starwood can do is post on a forum which I "may" visit?
