The press release says Delta will offer 'complimentary access' to Plats & Diamonds, but it doesn't say when. I would like to see something that says Plat & Diamond can reserve these seats at time of purchase, along with Y fare travelers, and clearly ahead of gold/silver/non-elite buy-ups.
