I'm not sure why we seem to be heading back to a PMNW/PMDL convo here but now that the new DL has hubs in snowy locations such as SLC/MSP/DTW I think the pilots have more than their fair share of real life experiences in which they are able to fly in all kinds of conditions (plus there's all those sims in ATL & MSP with which they practice all the time)
