Oh dear ..... it's sounding a bit like a confessional now!

It's interesting because I've really been working on my Chinese / Malay / Thai / Vietnamese cooking and I'm generally pleased with it. But I thought I'd try some of the sauces ..... and many seem so good.

In a way I'm pleased I don't have a Chinese supermarket close as it would be the end for me.
