Well, I don't like middle seats at all, so I would pick 33H, but 33H has a big downside. Not only is it right by the lavatories, but for some reason, the closest one has the door open to the left, so you get the full sight (and smell) of the lav from your seat.
The exit door seats (33AK, 45AK) aren't all that bad for angling your legs, as long as the person next to you is a little cooperative. If they insist on blocking out "their space" then you might be cramped. But I still prefer being able to get up any time I want.
