The executive lounge staff really are fantastic. Rosalee Karutz, Executive Lounge Manager, in charge of her executive lounge team won the Employee in Service Excellence award at the 2010 Australian Hotels Association (AHA) National Awards for Excellence.
Sydney has many fine hotels and to win this award really shows her dedication and commitment to excellent guest service at the Marriott Sydney Harbour. There is a framed certificate hanging proudly on the wall in the lounge by the reception desk. She really is a delightful person and if you are lucky to meet her in the lounge you'll see why she won.
