Anyone have any ideas on why KL G class tickets don't earn SkyMiles? Since the change in August, G, D, and W are the excluded KL classes for SkyMiles earning. Unfortunately, all the great promo fares book into G class. In doing some googling, it looks like at one point G and W were economy award classes and D and Z were business award classes. However, according to KL's site, G (economy) and Z (business class holiday) are now revenue classes. There's no mention of D and W, so it appears that they remain award classes.

KL gives 25% FlyingBlue miles for G class, as they do for T, V, N, and E classes. Those other four all earn full SkyMiles nowdays, but G class remains excluded.
