In HKG< at the check in desk, show your onward reservation (via print out) of your THAI airways flight. The SQ check in agent will check your bag through to Bangkok.
You may or may not be able to get your TG boarding pass at HKG. If not, after your arrival in Singapore, just head to Terminal 1 Transit Desk and get your boarding pass there. Be sure to show them the baggage tag chit.
You do not need to clear immigration / customs.
