First I wasn't included in the Triple Play Promotion. Next, Starwood removed the online bonus. Now, they have raised the Category 5 /6 hotel points with no warning. This may be a case of three stikes and their out.

After I wasn't included in the Triple Play promotion,I wrote Hilton a letter and they comped me to Diamond. I have now been staying 60% at Hilton and 40% at Starwood. With the removal of the online bonus and raising of the Category 5 / 6 points, I think the percentage of Starwood stays will continue to decrease.
