Typically in the past when I have had flights on CX, I have sent an email off to one of the CX sales groups (normally Australia) and asked for the PNRs to be linked and assigned seats at the same time. This because I have higher OW status than Mrs WF (ruby) and historically you needed an Asia Miles ID to get to a booking.

Well CX have changed that and either a booking reference or a ticket number will now get you into the booking. But I have never seen a "manage your boking" entry that will link a PNR. And I don't have the ticket numbers with me those being filed on a different computer. What aggravates me at the moment is that the sales group has referred me to MMB.

Assuming that the new MMB will not link PNRs what is the next step up the sales/reservation chain?
