I booked two coach tickets for EWR-TLV round trip more than four weeks before the flight. I am a CO Plat. and tried applying my SWUs but got waitlisted on both flights. It doesn't look like CO has opened *any* BF seats for upgrades - which is frustrating because I had been planning to use the SWUs on this trip for a while...

(1) Any ideas regarding my chances of getting the upgrades?

(2) When does CO start releasing BF seats for upgrades (assuming there are plenty of seats available)? 4 weeks out? 2 weeks?
