I have been on a couple of Iberias since the merger (booked on Iberia rather than ba.com) and have received the correct TPs but fewer miles than I was expecting.
If they're booked on ba.com then they should, surely, post the correct amount of both. I'll find out Tuesday evening this week. My boss has managed to book IB flights on ba.com rather than BA and we can't select seats (other than through using finnair.com) and of course the legroom will be appalling and we won't get a free cup of tea. One of my friends has already been caught out by this and he wasn't overly pleased..
So far am not hugely impressed with the IB experience, other than the lounge in MAD T4S with its quiet room with beds which almost made me miss my flight last Friday!
We flew back from Santigo recently with Iberia CW and were really impressed with the seats and the food, but the flight from Madrid to LHR was very cramped and overladen with lots of peoples hand luggages which were too big to go in the overhead lockers!!
