I received a similiar notice in English this morning from Aeroflot (and my miles expired as I put everything into SkyMiles since SU joined SkyTeam):

1. The period for manual crediting of miles for earlier flights increased from 1 to 6 months
Since March 01, 2010 miles will be credited for all Aeroflot or Nordavia flights performed within 6 months before the date of registration in the Aeroflot Bonus programme under crediting miles fares.
2. New rules for miles expiration
Since 2010 to maintain your account balance you need to perform at least one regular flight with Aeroflot, Nordavia or members of SkyTeam alliance within 2 calendar years.
3. One paid flight every 24 months is necessary to get Aeroflot Bonus Awards
Since May 01, 2010 as a necessary condition to be entitled to an Award, a member must have in his/her personal account at least one paid regular flight with Aeroflot or Nordavia within 24 months prior to the Award issuing date.
4. New time limits are set for purchasing award tickets
Beginning September 01, 2010 the following limits are set for the time period during which award tickets have to be purchased: in case of booking less than 7 days prior to departure date, the time limit is 24 hours; in case of booking 7 or more days prior to departure date, the time limit is 48 hours.
5. Procedure of issuing award tickets with transfer to another person has been simplified
Since September 10, 2010 documents for issuing tickets (award request and passports/copies of passports) can be provided directly when issuing an award ticket at Aeroflot sales offices or at Aeroflot representative offices.
6. Since November 01, 2010 changes in fees for reissuing award tickets under the Aeroflot Bonus programme are introduced
7. New award and crediting miles tables have been introduced. Issuing of an award one way ticket is permitted
On December 15, 2010 changes were introduced into Aeroflot Bonus programme rules: miles accrual rates have been substantially increased for practically all the Economy and Business class flights, one way award tickets have been introduced, changes were also made to distribution of cities through bonus zones, cost of tickets in miles to certain destinations has been increased.
8. Flight documentation for retro miles posting will be accepted for consideration within 3 months after the flight is completed
From January 01, 2011 flight documentation for retro miles posting is accepted for consideration within 3 months after the flight is completed. Check and confirmation is carried out within 30 days from the date of receiving the application and flight documentation by Aeroflot Bonus Centre. Since January 01, 2011 flight documentation for earlier flights has been accepted according to the new rules.
9. Terms for getting Elite status have been simplified
To be upgraded to Gold status you need to collect 48,000 qualifying miles/48 flight segments; to be upgraded to Silver status you need to collect 24,000 qualifying miles/24 flight segments. Elite cards are issued for the period until February 29, 2012.
10. Extra miles for flights by new SkyTeam members – Tarom and Vietnam Airlines
Within the period from November 1, 2010 to January 31, 2011 you will get 3000 extra miles for the first round-trip flight by Tarom and Vietnam Airlines under any crediting miles tariff. This promotion does not apply to Vietnam Airlines domestic flights.
11. Special promotion for flights to Tokyo
For flights on Moscow – Tokyo – Moscow route performed within December 20, 2010 – March 31, 2011 under Q, W, L fares you will get 2000 additional miles for each flight segment; under J, C, D, I, Y, S, B, M, H, K, V, T fares – double qualifying miles for each flight segment.
12. Extra miles for flights to Maldives
For flights on Moscow – Male – Moscow route performed within November 3, 2010 – February 01, 2011 in Economy class under crediting miles fares (except fare N) you will get double miles on your account.
For flights performed on the same route within December 15, 2010 – March 26, 2011 under fare N you will get 25% of miles from the distance.
13. Promotions "Happy Birthday" and "Happy New Year!" are discontinued since January 01, 2011
