I paid for a Preferred seat but was reassigned to another seat. Will I be refunded?

Yes. If you purchase a Preferred seat but are reassigned by Air Canada to another seat prior to check-in, an automatic refund will be processed for your Preferred seat charges. If you are reassigned to another seat at the airport or on board the plane, we ask that you contact Customer Relations to request your refund.
