Ah got it... i guess you might have credited (or gotten automatic bonuses!) in 2006/7/8... theoretically those miles would have expired at the end of 2010...

it never hurts to send a nice letter and ask for reinstatement. many us airlines allow you to pay a fee or complete a flight within a certain time and give the miles back to ya...
