Looks like booking via aa.com you can get:

SFO-DFW-BOS instant upgrade booking into P class
gets you 120 tp's and 4539 miles for under 800 quid.

but for £909.90 and a lot of time on a AA plane you can do the following by putting into the multi city booking tool on aa as SFO-LAX, LAX-DFW and DFW-BOS:
SFO-LAX (aa1929) LAX-LAS (aa733) LAS-DFW(aa481) DFW-LGW (aa762) and then LGA-BOS (aa4502)
means loads of time on an aircraft and an overnight stay at LGW arriving into BOS at 0845 !

this horrible routing would give you 250 tp's plus 4712 miles

in what class were you looking at doing the America-OZ section ?
