I don't understand, I got an email today saying i'm a valued customer and they wanted to let me know the power ports aren't working, yet no mention of proactively giving me 5K miles. yet my Gold friend got an email where they proactively awarded him 5K miles.
What gives?
So annoying as I'm flying back and forth JFK -LAX a lot and can never use my computer for more than an hour (need new battery)
