OP got 0 + 120 + 120 + 0 = 240, and 0 + 12056 + 12056 + 0 = 24,112.

So you've got an extra 50 tier points but 4678 fewer BA miles. It's up to you to work out whether you wish to keep tight and keep the extra TPs which may help you keep status, or if they aren't of use then the miles are worth ~ £70.

I mistyped, I didn't mean 70TP's (been a long day), your maths is correct though.
