The short haul ( LHR to MAN ) says ineligible flight ( ? ) no points or miles.

This was the same for the return leg of the journey.

At first I was going to call BA and ask about the missing TP's for the short haul, then I realised I was getting 120 TP's for the long haul.

Am I missing something here ? The last time I did this route ( Aug 2010 ) I received 75 and 20 TP's for each leg, ( total 95 tp's each way ).

Should I just keep quiet ?

Cheers
Yes it does sound that you've been gifted full points and I guess it's up to you whether you report the extra 50 TP's or not.
