Can I take it from this that there is free internet if one is in a suite?

I've stayed at jnr suite couple of times there and remember there is a fee plan on the desk. Also when you connect to internet, you have to acknowledge you agree with the term and fee. The fee is waved for Plat.
By the way, there is only wired internet in the room. There is Wi-Fi in the lobby, don't think it is free.
