I used to be on that flight a lot when it was a continuation of a DCA-CVG-DAY route. The plane would empty almost completely CVG-DAY. A lot of Pax would get off in CVG because the fare DCA-DAY was considerably cheaper than DCA-CVG as a result of Useless Air competition in DAY on the DCA Route.
