I'll be at this hotel during Bastile Day celebrations (arr. 13 dep. 15). Firstly how good can one see the Eiffel Tower if you're in one of those rooms, and secondly, my rate includes breakfast .... so does the restaurant have a view of the Eiffel Tower?
