Well let me tell you about my stay here last october on a z6h rate, pay 4 get 2 free.
I got an upgrade to a Eiffel Tower room which I said no to and got an upgrade to a Junior Suite, and after requesting for a one with a view, we got another upgrade to a Prestige Suite on the top floor with a great view of the Tower.
Comparing the two together, I could tell you that the Junior Suite felt more spacious than the Prestige. The bedroom in the Prestige is too small (in my guess it's exactly like the Eiffel Tower vew room, where the living room was nice, maybe cuz we had 4 pcs of luggage that's why we felt that the suite was cramped but the Junior suite was spacious.
I paid almost 1400 EUR with taxes for the whole stay.
So my suggestion is, if you'll be staying in room ALOT then go for it, if not then no, 140K of starpoints is alot at that hotel.

Looking at the hotel website, for the standard room descriptions it explicitly states that there is internet available for a fee, but it omits the bit about the charge for all the suites.
Can I take it from this that there is free internet if one is in a suite?
Any (esp non-plats) that could verify one way or the other?

I don't think so. When I was in the Junior suite for the 1st night, I got a code for the Wi-Fi at the lobby and it could reach to the Junior Suite which I used for a day, after that went to a Suite which was unreachable to the Wi-Fi.
