I just write a letter to the partner using the address on WN's website. Have had to write about 20 letters in the last 10 years, mostly for rental cars.

Beware of Dollar. They are very good about posting credits, but some of their locations, such as LAS, do NOT give RR credits.

Have had trouble with La Quinta, too. So much that I go out of my way to avoid them.
