Also recently (Sept 2010) flew DTW-TOL (now gone)....that flight was 11 mins
During it's life, DTW - TOL was usually considered to be the shortest NW/DL flight. It's about 50 miles, and even in a Saab, it was really about 11 or 12 minutes. I believe it cruised at 4,000 ft.
