The saga of my mystery Hyatt stay credit got even stranger today. Earlier this week, I called Hyatt CS to remove a stay credit that posted to my GP account (someone with the same name stayed at the Andaz Liverpool Street, a hotel where I have stayed in the past).

Today, the stay reappeared -- the really funny thing is that the folio listed now shows the individual who stayed there as someone with the identical name as mine and who works for my company in Frankfurt (we get e-mails for one another all the time). I called CS again and they told me to enjoy the points and stay credit. I then had them add a G1 bonus.
