Best part is I eat whatever I want: Chips n dip, nachos, fast food, beer, wine, dessert. I think the weight watchers plan is the same premise.
I'm convinced you can lose weight eating sticks of butter and ho-hos, as long as you keep track of it.
As long as "calories burned" > "calories in", one will most likely lose weight - of course, don't drink a half gallon of water before the weigh-in. I personally benefit from a side effect of Adderall (no desire to eat until mid-afternoon on days I take the medication). On butter and ho-hos - one can lose weight and be incredibly unhealthy about doing so.
