If you want something a bit more exclusive than the Fairmont's, try Cottar's 1920's Safari Camp. My wife and I spent a week there last March for our honeymoon. Only six "tents" (i.e., two bedrooms, two baths and a fireplace) and we were the only ones there. Feels very private and the staff couldn't be better (no white minivans, either). Price is probably $600-800 a night all inclusive.
