You should easily be able to make it, it is a quick process. You will arrive at the Domestic/Schengen gates and it will be a quick walk upstairs to the international gates.

You cannot clear immigration in STR, but it is normally very quick in Munich. There is fasttrack if you are *S or *G or are in C or F.
