Probably not. The DFW area got several inches of snow last night, and that was on top of the layer of ice we already had. Schools and some businesses have been closed for 4 days.

Apparently all of the snow and ice equipment have been diverted to the Superbowl so I would imagine some of the 8 am or 9 am shift of CSRs were a little late this morning.

But I'm really glad AA hasn't moved its phone center overseas, so no complaining!
