That is a pretty big assumption.
Seems like ANA is telling UA they have availability. But when UA actually attempts to buy the inventory, they are turned down.
Much like farecompare, gets all in prices on flights, but when you attempt to book via one of travelsites, you get nothing.

If your having this much trouble with UA... why would you consider using them again?
