Avis 5x car promotion
I booked a car on southwest.com for the Avis 5x car promotion. I got my post for this rental and only got 0.5 credits. I went to Avis's web site this morning and wrote an e-mail asking for my other 2.0 credits.
My past experience is that Southwest will make good on any promotion that was booked on their web site.
Why does Avis (and before this Budget) put us through this hassle? Why not just post the points without the drama? Sure, I understand that they save points and not everybody follows up, but it also creates ill-will. I haven't been back to Budget since they put me through the drama of getting the credits I was promised. Avis, are you listening?
