+1. flyasiana.com NEVER works on any combo besides windows+IE. And if you want user-unfriendly, try some of the Korean online shopping malls. Frustrates me so much it makes me want to sue them for incompetence. And as with almost everything, it's the Korean government's doing. They require this ridiculous identity verification thing where you have to go to a bank to get some stupid certificate then go online and download it and all that nonsense. It's all really smoke and mirrors. I thought citibank.com was last century until I tried online banking in Korea. Citibank.com is heaven. Really, I have NEVER had my accounts with Citibank hacked into, and I can even get Opera to remember my password for me. And without all the nonsensical hoops that someone who wants to check their checking account balance online has to jump through in Korea.
Back on point, flyasiana.com is garbage. Makes ANA's website and UAL.bomb look like Google.
