Personally I would put the JAL and Lufthansa flagship F lounges above the Wing F lounge -- for better food/drink and better service respectively.

I'd would also put some of the Etihad, Emirates and Qatar F lounges ahead of the MH F lounge at KUL.

I've not tried the VS lounge in London so cannot comment

The inclusion of Porter at Toroto City Airport is a nice touch. Porter has no J or F class but they do provide a lounge with coffee, pop, snacks, wifi and newspapers for all pax.

Not surprised to see so few US carriers represented. Yes, sure, the Admirals Club Flagship lounges have shrimp in their buffet and some OK beverages but really lack the service you get in many Asian and Mideast lounges
