Actually in the usa today article, they mentioned it is the new lounges at HND international terminal. So it makes much more sense now as I personally prefer the Sakura Lounge at the new HND international building over the Sakura Lounges at NRT.

But the report is so much less credible for getting the names wrong. It just show how much research or attention to detailed have put in to this ranking
