I've been in both the panoramic and the exec on the 14th floor and yes they are identical except that the panoramic room has an I pod docking station.
In regards to the suites at this property, never had one and I guess I'll never will even though they are available, I guess they don't give them out to plats.

It is formed from two rooms merged together.
Extra space, and nice, but somewhat lackluster execution as it feels like two rooms merged together with a dividing wall between the bedroom and the sitting room (where the other room wall was).
If given a choice, I'd rather have their Butler Service!
