I do not have a confirmed answer to your question.
But I can still see the terms of the promo. If you are logged on @ PC.com, click on "My Offer Status", scroll to the bottom and find the expired SD promo, and then click on your activity detail. You will be able to click through to the T+C's of the SD promo.
