At this property as a Platinum, I used to get some upgrades on one-night stays to a proper suite with its own bedroom and living room; however, on most stays -- and all stays longer than 2 nights -- no upgrades.
[The only real upgrades that I've received at this property only ever happened on award stays.]
If I was giving them the business you are, then I would certainly want a talk with hotel management and ask why it seems they don't value your loyalty. [This hotel seems to have a fair amount of long/longer-duration guests, so perhaps that is why the hotel is so tight with upgrades and so much else for that matter.]
