Has anyone tried applying for or converting to the Expedia PP? Does anyone already have it and get a letter about conversion?

I need a good card for EDP and at 4%, the PremierPass was the best card I could find.

If anyone has any other EDP card suggestions (even if it's not with Citi), I'd be happy to hear about them.
