I appreciate the details & apologize for not reading the waiver T&Cs more closely. I suspect I've looked at that page so often, I no longer notice the details.

This past week I've needed to rebook several simple itins due to the waivers & cancellations, but never once did a fare difference issue ever get mentioned.

I wonder if I am able to get the 1st VDB, can I then turn around and cancel/refund the entire trip as at that point, as it would likely be impossible to complete.
