I totally agree - somedays fast track works it works and somedays it doesn't. we can spit feathers all day long but until we see there's consistency and FT will tell us when that is I avoid being frustrated and go to Plan B.
Getting angry and verbal at the BAA jobsworths expressing dissatisfaction at their lack of filtering skills is a waste of calories!
Those who are ineligible all want to get to where they want to go just as fast as we do and will take any short cuts that they can.
I live in hope as I do that my bags will come off first after they have a priority tag added to them......
