Hi, Anyone ever managed to get a room upgrade at this hotel? I've mailed the ICH membership before and theyve said many times I should get something, but it has never happened.

I've stayed there 6 times now, for 2 weeks at a time and have never got anything from them. (Platinum).

Is it possible to upgrade a room using points? Getting sick of their basic rooms for 2 weeks, and fancy a change.
