The middle east countries have one rule on life. Its okay for the men / boys to 'look' after the women. They males also get more money from death of parents. They view women as the second race in their country and under their religion. We dont have the same in this country.

There are plenty of children playing. I dont think any country wants to lock up their children. Its just that many parents are to scared to allow their children to play in the street.

If suspect criminals get their hands chopped off if a person thinks they have done something wrong than we can push crime underground. Then children can be seen and crime not heard.
