Compare and contrast Kihei vs. Wailea Makena vs. Lahaina
It appears that hotel room and condo rates are about 25 to 30% more in the Wailea Makena area over Kihei. Logistically, they look to be pretty close to each other. Why the price premium in Wailea Makena area?
